being son and heir of Col. Thomas Chudleigh, by Harriet, his wife, which Thomas last named (d. 1719-34), was second s. of the 3d Bart. He assumed to the Baronetcy, 10 Oct. 1738; was a Lieutenant in Lord James Cavendish's Regiment of Foot. He died at Aix la Chapelle, 23 June and was buried 12 July 1741, at Chelsea, Middlesex) Will probated Feb. 1742.
