Ingredients
  1. 1 gallon rum
  2. 3 pints of orange-juice
  3. 1 pound of sugar
Directions
  • Mix the rum, orange-juice and sugar, dissolving well the sugar in the juice
  • Put all together in the cask
  • It will be fine and fit for use in a few weeks
    • If the rum be very strong, you may add another pint of juice and half a pound of sugar to the above.
