Ingredients
  1. 6 ears of corn
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 tbls flour
  4. 1 tbls cream
  5. salt to taste
  6. pepper to taste
  7. lard/butter
Directions
  • Take six ears of new corn, and grate and scrape them well
  • Beat one egg very light
  • Add flour, cream, salt & pepper to the egg and beat all well together:
  • Add corn to the egg mixture and fry them in lard or butter.
  • Serve hot
