Ingredients
  1. Pigeons
  2. Green Pease
  3. Water
  4. Pepper
  5. Salt
  6. Onions
  7. Garlic
  8. Parsley
  9. Vinegar
  10. Egg yolks
Directions
  • Quarter each pigeon, and fry them
  • Take some green pease, and fry them also till they be like to burst
  • Pour boiling water upon them
  • Season the liquor with pepper, salt, onions, garlic, parsley, and vinegar
  • Thicken with yolks of eggs
