1. 5 crushed Garlic cloves
  2. 1 1/2 cups Basil leaves
  3. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1/4 cup Walnuts or pinenuts 6-8 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Blend together basil, garlic, cheese, and nuts in blender.
  • Add oil slowly until mixture becomes smooth and thickens.
  • Chill in closed container.
  • Use with pasta, meal, vegetables.
