1. 1/2 cup dry White wine
  2. 1/2 cup Olive oil
  3. 1/2 tsp. Salt
  4. 2 Bay leaves, crumbled
  5. 1 tsp. Oregano
  6. 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
  7. 1 Tbsp. Parsley
  8. Pepper to taste
  9. 8 Lamb chops, cut one inch thick
  • Combine all ingredients except Lamb and mix well.
  • Marinate chops in mixture overnight, turning once or twice.
  • Grill chops four inches away from coals for about ten minutes to a side to suit taste.
