Peppermint Drops

Name: Peppermint Drops
Ingredients: 4 oz sugar; 2 egg whites; 60 drops oil of peppermint; white paper

Ingredients

4 oz sugar
2 egg whites
60 drops oil of peppermint
white paper

Directions

Pound and sift four ounces of double-refined sugar

Beat it with the whites of two eggs till perfectly smooth

Add sixty drops of oil of peppermint

Beat it well, and drop on white paper

Dry at a distance from the fire
