Ingredients
  1. 4 oz sugar
  2. 2 egg whites
  3. 60 drops oil of peppermint
  4. white paper
Directions
  • Pound and sift four ounces of double-refined sugar
  • Beat it with the whites of two eggs till perfectly smooth
  • Add sixty drops of oil of peppermint
  • Beat it well, and drop on white paper
  • Dry at a distance from the fire
