Ingredients
  1. 5 peaches
  2. 1 pint raspberries
  3. 1/2 cup golden raisins
  4. 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  5. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  6. 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  7. Pinch of ground nutmeg
Directions
  1. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit. Cut the peaches into 2-inch cubes. In a medium-size bowl, add the peaches, along with the raspberries and raisins, and toss to combine.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, ginger, and nutmeg. Add the dry ingredients to the fruit, and toss to combine. Set the mixture aside at room temperature, or store covered in the refrigerator.
