Anchovy Sauce
Seafood sauce

  1. 1-2 Anchovies
  2. Flour
  3. Butter
  4. Water

  1. Chop anchovies without washing
  2. Put them to some flour and butter, and a little drop of water
  3. Stir it over the fire till it boils once or twice
  4. When the anchovies are good, they will be dissolved; and the colour will be better than by the usual way

Haddock, Boiled
Mullet, Grey
Perch, Fried
Salmon, Broiled
Salmon, Collared
Whiting, Boiled
