Ingredients
  1. 1 tablespoon Butter or applesauce
  2. 1 teaspoon Salt
  3. 1/3 cup Molasses
  4. 1 1/2 cups boiling Water
  5. 1/3 cup yellow Cornmeal
  6. 3 1/2 cups Bread Flour
  7. 1 package Yeast
Directions
  • Place cornmeal a large bowl.
  • Carefully pour boiling water into cornmeal, stirring to make sure it is smooth.
  • Let stand to cool for about 30 minutes.
  • Stir in molasses, salt and butter.
  • Place cornmeal mixture into bread pan, then bread flour then yeast.
  • Use the Light setting.
